Reassuringly, The High Street Group offer a Corporate Guarantee on Capital invested, with ultimate debenture over the Group’s assets. As each investment is only tied in for 12 months at a time, anybody who wishes to remove their investment can do so every year.

Investors can exit their Loan Note contract via the breakout clause, at the end of each 12 month period – but must provide at least 30 days’ notice to do so.
